Course Syllabus

In this online professional development course, you will work at your own pace and navigate through modules to learn how to successfully create a WebQuest. There are five modules to complete within this course. Each module is created in a sequence. Therefore, you must complete them in order. Although grades will not be assigned, it is pertinent that you take your time on each module in order to gain the highest level of understanding of the various parts of a WebQuest. The following are course objectives that will be met with the completion of this online professional development course. 

Course Objectives:

1. Provide a basic definition to the term, 'WebQuest'

2. Identify and provide an explanation to the seven parts of a WebQuest

3. Identify a minimum of two websites that offer free templates for WebQuests

4. Create and publish a WebQuest using one of the above mentioned template websites
