Semester 1 Due Date: January 23, 2015    

Semester 2 Due Date: May 29, 2015

 

The Culminating Project at Naches Valley Virtual Academy is based on a career choice and exploration.

All the following items must be complete, presented and turned in by Friday, May 29, 2015 at 2:00:

 

1.0 All senior must complete: 

  1. High School & Beyond Plan
  2. Career Exploration Quiz
  3. A Generic Job Application
  4. Resume
  5. Order Cap, Gown and Tassel

     Option A: College / Technical Pathway

  1. Complete the FAFSA by February 28th.
  2. Take the S.A.T and A.C.T., and/or COMPASS Test
  3. Job Shadow
  4. Complete College/ Trade School Application[s]

     Option B: Military Pathway

  1.  Meet with a Military Recruiter
  2. Complete the ASVAB
  3.  enlist with a branch of the US Military

     Option C: Entry into Workforce

  1. Job Shadow
  2. Mock interview with teacher
  3. Obtain full time employment by June 9, 2015
